We offer a fully customizable weekly or bi-weekly service under a month-long subscription-based contract, renewable every month.

We currently provide services year-round, barring instances where inclement weather makes it impossible for us to attend to our clientele. The holidays (Christmas, Thanksgiving, New Year’s) might also prove to be a bit challenging for now, and some delays or unavailability should be expected. With your continued patronage and support, however, we hope to provide reliable services all year long!

We are currently only equipped to handle canine pet waste. Given enough time and an eventual scaling-up of the business (with your continued support!), we’ll eventually be able to dispose of an assortment of animal biological waste.

We use a combination of ammonia-based disinfectants, enzymatic cleaners, and anti-microbial deodorizing and sanitizing agents to guarantee not only a poop-free yard, but one that is fully disinfected from any potential bacterial or viral pathogens that may put your furry friends, or your family and neighbourhood at risk! Although the specific brands of the cleaning agents we employ are a trade secret, requesting for a full disclosure of the primary chemical agents will be answered with the utmost transparency.

Since pet waste is a biohazard, we make sure to comply to all existing laws and parameters regarding biohazard disposal. We ensure that all collected pet waste from your area are double-bagged in high-density polyethylene (HDPE) bags. These are known for their strength, leak-proof, tear-resistant, and odour-locking capabilities. We’re in the currently sourcing more eco-friendly options and are looking into bioplastics. With your continued patronage, we hope to improve and refine our pet waste disposal protocols to eventually become even more eco-friendly!
All collected pet waste is disposed of at your designated waste disposal bin, or your local neighbourhood disposal area. We strictly adhere to the three Rs (reduce, reuse, recycle) and dispose of the waste in accordance to these parameters. If you have special requests for the disposal (i. e. a compost pile / bin, or a biogas unit, let us know beforehand and we’ll be more than happy to assist you in making a greener, cleaner world!

All of your pet waste disposal equipment is thoroughly sanitised before and after each cleanup, with the same antimicrobial cleaners we employ for your yard. This helps ensure that the risk of cross-contamination of biohazards is prevented, so all our clients and their beloved furry family members remain 100% safe from any risk of illness!

Provided that your dog is well-behaved, and has no past or current history of aggressive or territorial behaviour, we’d love nothing more than to get to know your furry friend while we clean up! They are, after all, the reason why we’re in this business in the first place!

All requests for rescheduling or cancellation for that day / week’s scheduled cleanup will require at 24-48 hour notice. Feel free to give us a call, text, or hit us up via email so we know what to expect.

We will require a key, your lock combination number, or a digital gate pass. Please talk to us about a designated ‘stowaway area’ where we can place your keys, gate pass, etc., post-cleanup. We’ll be more than happy to work with you on how best to handle these minor technicalities.

We will confirm your scheduled cleanup date and time one day prior to the set date. We will also give you a ring and an SMS when we’re 30-minutes within your area, and another SMS notification for when we’re in your yard and doing the cleanup.
To ensure full transparency, we will take a photo of your gate before entry and after exit, as well as pictures of your yard before and after cleanup. We will send these photos via MMS or through the social media account you provide for us to ensure that everything is as it should be.

Yes, everyone on our team (that includes our patron doggo and our ancestral cow!) carries liability insurance!
